Caledonia Home Health Care & Hospice is seeking an experienced nurse to provide on-call, after-hours coverage in Caledonia and Southern Essex Counties. This position is offered as full time. The ideal nurse will have specialized experience in community health education, hospice and palliative care, advanced nursing procedures and be comfortable working independently. The On-Call Community Health Staff Nurse will be responsible for responding to all calls from patients/families, physician practices, and referral sources and will be expected to make home visits when necessary.
