Licensed Architect

Hay Runner has offices in Portland, ME and Rockport, ME and we are looking for a passionate and creative Licensed Architect to join the Rockport location. The company will look to you to engage with all aspects of the design process and work closely with our team of architectural designers, interior designers, and builders to bring projects to fruition.

Hay Runner is a versatile design-build company that positions itself at the intersection of design, construction, and real estate. Hay Runner provides a variety of services including architectural design, full-service construction, and custom cabinetry. We operate at a variety of scales from discrete renovations to extensive custom-built homes and commercial fit-outs.

Responsibilities would include:

· Meeting with clients to understand their goals and desires

· Preparing design proposals

· Guiding projects from pre-design through permitting and construction

· Collaborating and consulting with team members

· Generating project documentation using Revit
