If so, we would love for you to join our dynamic, collaborative team known as the Resource Parent Care Team (RPCT)! We are seeking multiple engaging, creative, and flexible candidates for the RPCT clinician position throughout multiple areas of the State. The RPCT clinician will provide clinical services to resource families (foster, kinship and adoptive) within an assigned area of the State. Will provide direct service to resource families including but not limited to: education related to trauma, attachment, grief and loss, behavior management techniques, mental health diagnoses, and general education about the child welfare system. Will also provide ongoing therapeutic support to families with the goal of improving resource parent retention and placement stabilization. Competitive salary and benefit package.

Requirements
Master’s Degree in related discipline required; State of Maine licensed LCSW, LMSW-CC, LCPC, LCPC-c and one year of relevant clinical experience required. Experience in or knowledge of the foster care system is preferred but not required.
