Do you have an interest or passion to help others working in the mental health field and would like to help others find fun and joy in their lives. If you do than come join our team as a Residential Support Worker (RSW) and work in one of our adult group homes.

This position will provide residential services for individuals with mental illness living in one of our adult group homes. Facilities range from 4 to 8 beds.

Requirements

This position requires a high school diploma or GED

Experience working with clients who have mental illness is preferred along with any secondary education in a mental health field

Must have MHRT1 or complete the MHRT 1 provisional certification within ten days of employment and must be able to obtain a full MHRT 1 within one year of employment

Must have a valid Maine driver's license and reliable transportation.
