Are you interested in working in the mental health field supporting adults? CHCS is currently looking for individuals interested in case management for adults.

The MH Therapist will provide safety assessments, brief stabilization counseling, and short-term support to inmates at the Penobscot County Jail.

This position will also work closely with psychiatry within the collaborative care model.

Requirements

Must be able to work independently.

Master’s Degree in related discipline; State of Maine licensed or eligible for LMSW-cc, LCSW, LCPC-c, LCPC, or Ph.D. and one year of relevant clinical experience needed.

Experience working with people in crisis is desirable.
