The Vice President of Marketing and Customer Relations will work to grow the Agency in new ways from strategy development to execution. In this forward-thinking role the VP will continue to elevate the importance and value of marketing, communications, and customer relations in the Agency. This role is pivotal in maintaining/increasing the volume of clients served by VNA programs. As the voice of our customers, the ability to identify and monitor ways in which clients and families gain awareness and access to our programs both directly and indirectly is critical. This role is responsible for branding and maintaining the consistency of the VNA image across communications and must be able to work horizontally and vertically across the agency building relationships and seeking out challenges in order to find solutions. This is critical to the long term success of not only this position but the agency as a whole. As an experienced marketer, communicator and customer relations champion, you must be forward thinking, live to connect with and serve others, easily move from strategy to execution, create human bridges focused on internal and external relationships and use your creative muscles each and every day in service to our clients!
