We provide a variety of high quality behavioral health services to the residents of the Upper Valley primarily in Orange County and surrounding towns, with multiple offices located in Randolph, Bradford, Chelsea and Wilder.
Substance Abuse Program Coordinator: Seeking a dynamic social worker or clinician to provide out-patient substance abuse evaluation and treatment services to adults and adolescents. This position will oversee the development and implementation of an Intensive Outpatient Program Substance Abuse program in the Randolph VT area, and will work closely with local primary care offices and our medical team on the provision of medication assisted treatment for opiate dependent adults. This position will work closely with local referring agencies and other community prescribers to develop a care coordination system that will support and enhances clients' opportunities and recovery.
This position offers a mix of direct client care, and the opportunity to develop strong community relationships to ensure a smooth and effective continuum for care for people accessing treatment. Candidate must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field; licensure as an LADC strongly preferred.
