Centerpoint School is a specialized alternative education and day treatment setting designed for adolescents and young adults faced with a complex set of emotional, behavioral, mental health, and specialized learning needs. This well-established program serves 50 students across two campus settings and within a variety of place-based community sites.
We are seeking a School Director to lead, manage, or supervise diverse aspects of this program, including: daily operations and educational services, program development, staff development, enrollment and student recruitment, and certain administrative functions. Excellent multidisciplinary collaboration and communication are foundations for this position, as our School Director also plays a key role with enhancing partner and community relations.
Eligible candidates are licensed or license-tracked educators in Vermont and are highly skilled in working with young people and families in integrated, restorative, and trauma-informed practices. Eligible candidates also have demonstrated experience and success with the roles and responsibilities as outlined above.
