The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the staff in the Distribution Center departments are scheduled to meet business demands while updating and maintaining tracking records and forecasting tools related to staffing.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Monthly absenteeism reports
-Schedule adherence report
The ideal candidate is proficient in Excel, demonstrates elevated critical thinking and analytical skills, and is an excellent communicator who thrives in both an independent and team-based environment. High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree and experience with Etime scheduling software preferred.
