Clara Martin Center is a rural non-profit community mental health & substance abuse treatment center located in the center of Vermont. We provide a variety of high quality behavioral health & substance abuse services to the residents of the Upper Valley primarily in Orange County and surrounding towns, with multiple offices located in Randolph, Bradford, Chelsea and Wilder.
We are seeking a dynamic individual to work with Vermont Economic Services Reach Up Program recipients to engage them in a course of treatment which will ultimately support them to seek out, gain and maintain employment while addressing co-occurring concerns. The primary role of this part time position is to provide mental health and/or substance use/abuse counseling, case management, plan development, case consultations and referral services. A major goal of the position is to provide the support needed to successfully graduate Reach Up Program participants back to the workforce. Bachelor's degree is required.
This position will be based in Randolph / Bradford area.
