The Project Hire Assistant Coordinator's role is
to provide supervision and program development support. Project Hire supports
client with Cognitive Impairments and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder to seek and
maintain competitively paid employment. This position is responsible
for ensuring that quality employment support services are provided to our
clients through training staff in best practices using tools and /or strategies
to promote client's full inclusion in the workforce and oversight of
documentation requirements. 


* Supervising,

hiring, training and evaluating 7-8 Employment Advisors (carry caseloads of clients)/Job Coaches (support clients on the job)

* Participate

in development and implementation of client's Individual Support Agreement

* Use

independent decision making and strong judgement skills during crisis


* Communicate

and network with a wide variety of people including: clients, families,

support teams, community partners and potential/existing employers


* High

School Diploma

* 2-3

years' experience in human services or a combination of education and


* Driving

is required as well as an acceptable driving record


* This

is a full time position of 37.5 hours per week

* This

is an exempt position
