Program Director - Hospital Diversion Program South

The NFI Hospital Diversion Program is currently seeking a Program Director to oversee daily operations of the Brattleboro, Vermont location. This short term (7-10 days) crisis stabilization program serves youth ages 10 to 18. This program is in collaboration with Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services (HCRS). The Program Director position is a multifaceted position and requires an individual who thrives in a fast paced environment. The Program Director is responsible for maintaining the safety and wellbeing of clients and staff; facilitating staff development; providing and overseeing clinical care of clients; managing financial and staff resources; and completing administrative duties. In addition, this position will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with regional partners. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years clinical experience, excellent interpersonal skills and communication, supervisory experience, and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment. Master’s Degree in a human service field and licensure as a mental health professional or pursuit of licensure is required. Please send a cover letter and resume when applying.
