About the Position:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week based out of Orleans/Essex counties with statewide travel required.

  • Provide home-based services to families joined through adoption and guardianship.

  • Duties include parent education/support and advocacy for families struggling with normative adoption challenges and trauma-based concerns.

What We Look For:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (BSW preferred); knowledge of adoption/guardianship-related issues and/or adoption/guardianship experience recommended.

  • Candidate must work well with a variety of people, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrate flexibility and open-mindedness, and be able to work well independently.

  • Strong computer, organizational, paperwork, and time management skills a must.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.  Position entails extensive travel throughout assigned districts, monthly travel to South Burlington office for meetings, with potential for further travel as required by caseload; Lund reimburses for mileage at the federal rate.
