Oasis House Crisis Bed Support Staff (1 full-time 40 hours(overnights) 1 fulltime 32 hour position & Subs)

The Oasis House staff work independently and as part of a treatment team to support clients experiencing a psychiatric crisis. Staff help clients maintain their safety using a variety of skills including the following; crisis intervention, counseling, medication monitoring, observation and assessment, assisting with ADL's, coordination of treatment, maintaining a safe and clean unit, and completion of all related documentation.

Required: Bachelor's degree, preferably in the human services field and/or relevant experience in exchange for human service degree.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree related field. Experience working with adults in mental health crisis.
