General Job Description

Utilization review and clinical care oversight for adults who have a more severe course of mental illness and-or disability, requiring more intensive supports and receiving Medicaid assistance for delivery of services. Work includes oversight of utilization of such services as one-to-one staffing, crisis stabilization, and supported employment. Work is performed under general direction of the Director of Quality Management.  All employees of the Agency of Human Services perform their respective functions adhering to four key practices:  customer service, holistic service, strengths-based relationships and results orientation.

Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Clinical Master's degree or higher in Psychiatric Nursing, Clinical Social Work or a closely related field AND one (1) year or more of clinical program experience with people with severe mental illness.

OR

Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing AND three (3) years or more of experience providing direct clinical care to people with severe mental illness.
