Member Resource Specialist I (Call Center Rep)

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Assist members and employees with phone calls, emails, and web chats; answer questions about products and services; resolve problems aligned with levels of authority; when necessary, make recommendations and escalate to the next level supervisor.
Make decisions that align with the credit union's core values while adhering to policies and procedures.
Be proficient in all credit union products and services, including but not limited to teller transactions, on-line/mobile banking, account opening, IRA's.
Cross-sell credit union products and services that offer additional value to members.
