Member Resource Specialist I (Call Center Rep)

To create a world class experience for all members reaching us via phone, email, or chat by building rapport, determining needs, and offering creative solutions to best serve their needs in a single transaction.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Assist members and employees with phone calls, emails, and web chats; answer questions about products and services; resolve problems aligned with levels of authority; when necessary, make recommendations and escalate to the next level supervisor.
  • Make decisions that align with the credit union's core values while adhering to policies and procedures.

  • Be proficient in all credit union products and services, including but not limited to teller transactions, online/mobile banking, account opening, and IRA's.

  • Cross-sell credit union products and services that offer additional value to members.

  • Perform other job related duties as assigned.
