Full Time, year round. Reception Agents are the first point of contact for our guests. Maintains records and completes follow up correspondence with guests. Ensures other departments are adequately aware of any special requests for each reservation. Facilitates check-in and check-out and guest billing. Minimum of one-year customer service experience with computers and cash handling. Springer-Miller HOST property management system experience preferred. Weekends and holidays required.
