Food & Beverage Supervisor

Full-time, year-round. We are seeking a supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operation of the Bar, Lounge, and Dining Room to ensure that our guests receive a high level of service. This is a hands-on position, involved in set-up and service of light fare, afternoon tea, and beverages for Lounge and Dining Room. Responsible for ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, the creation of a positive work environment, maximum profitability, and adequate supervision of dining room and dining room staff. Shifts include afternoons/evenings. Prior bartending and serving experience desired. Must be at least 18 years of age. Weekends and holidays required.
