Enhanced Family Services Case Manager

The Enhanced Family Services Case Manager is responsible for providing treatment, coordinating care and proving therapeutic interventions to youth in the EFS program. These case managers must possess a knowledge/willingness to learn the system of care for children ages 6-22 in Vermont. The EFS Case Manager is also responsible for supervision of Community Skills Staff.

Required: Bachelor Degree, preferably in the human services field. May have relevant experience in exchange for human service degree. Minimum of one year's experience working with children who have emotional and/or behavioral disorders.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a human services field plus 1-3 years in human services
