Creative Labels of Vermont is a growing label manufacturing company and we are looking for a new team member!  We are looking for an energetic, friendly, driven, customer service oriented individuals who would love a fast paced environment and genuinely enjoy helping their clients.  This position is responsible for order entry, customer management and support, lead follow up, collaboration with the outside sales team, and sales and marketing support.

Job Overview:

  • Be the first point of contact for all customers and Outside Sales Team Members
  • Provide knowledge and information on the label manufacturing process to new and current customers
  • Gather information from prospects/customers on new label requirements to quote/manufacture labels properly
  • Update and send estimates and customer price lists
  • Place and Processes all Orders using our production software thought the facility
  • Ensure all necessary information about production is included on the sales order/production ticket correctly
  • Work with sales people to coordinate estimates and sales orders
  • Work directly with the production manager to ensure orders go out on time and accurately
  • Help answer incoming calls
  • Light filing
  • Update and send estimates and customer price lists
  • Other minor tasks requested from management

Minimum Requirements for this Position:

  • 2 years Customer Service, Help Desk or Inside Sales experience
  • Prior experience with client services and/or sales
  • Outstanding written and oral communications skills
  • Experience with databases and their basic functions
  • Familiar with MS Office, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word
