Clinical Supervisor - ACT 1/Bridge

looking for a compassionate and dynamic leader who has experience in the field
of substance abuse. Lead a small team making a big difference in our community.
Challenging and rewarding opportunity. This position supports the Program Manager in providing clinical and administrative
oversight to the Act 1/Bridge program, a 24/7/365 substance abuse crisis detox
and stabilization program .
and develop staff to create a cohesive team that provides and maintains
high quality, consistent care. Ensures compliance with ADAP requirements
and Program/Howard Center policies and procedures.
Program Coordinator in assessing best utilization of resources, and in
reviewing and approving/scheduling admissions.
completion of assessments, treatment plans and discharge summaries within
clinician productivity requirements and develops improvement plans when
requirements are not met, performs chart audits.
in recruitment and hiring of staff.
oversight of daily operations: housekeeping tasks, office
responsibilities, facilities management.
* Maintainintra-agency/external partner care
collaboration. May also be involved in crisis intervention and work
as a liaison in the community.
and facilitate the growth of various skills-based and support groups
within the program.
degree in related field.
of 3 years of experience in substance abuse.
written and verbal communication skills.

* Valid Vermont Driver's License, registered vehicle and automobile insurance that complies with agency policy
preference for LADC credential
(37.5 hours/week) some weekend hours required
