Bi-State Primary Care Association seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant in our Montpelier office to conduct the administrative work of the Vermont Office. Duties may include, but not be limited to: plan and execute all aspects of company meetings and events; maintain a master schedule of office deliverables; prepare, project manage, edit and proofread correspondence, grants, reports, and newsletters; perform administrative support duties for Vermont office staff such as travel arrangements, filing, and greeting visitors. Strong oral and written communication skills, ability to proofread and provide accurate, timely written reports, and excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access) are required. A two (2) year college degree is preferred. Three (3) to five (5) years relevant work experience is required.
