Community Integration Specialists provide services and supports to persons with developmental disabilities.  CIS help promote development and growth of practical life skills, including self-advocacy, socialization, and the adaptive skills necessary to reside successfully in community-based settings.

Transportation of consumers to various community locations is a necessary component of the CIS' work.

Location Notes:For over 45 years, Lamoille County Mental Health Services has provided community mental health and developmental services to individuals in Lamoille County. Our main office is only 15 minutes from historic Stowe village; central to four top-notch ski areas; and less than an hour's drive from Burlington.
Job Requirements
Two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
Education Requirements
High School Diploma
