Location Notes:Our state-of-the art Headquarters Facility is located upon 90 acres within the foothills of the Green Mountains, 20 miles north of the Town of Bennington (population 15,000) and 10 miles to the south of the destination resort community of Manchester (
Job Requirements
· Support new business development 
   o Provide support to outside sales to assist with new business  development 
   o Collect information and support preparation of proposal for new business development
· Responsible for coordinating new program planning and launch preparations 
   o Establish working relationship and leadership with project team members 
   o Establish working relationships with customer service representatives 
   o Confirm or define scope of work
 o Review customer-supplied program materials, draft program plan and pre-production schedule 
   o Ensure services performed meet any applicable regulatory requirements 
   o Communicate the confidential concerns and requirement of an NDA agreement and identify known or potential risks to company making sure all information is controlled in accordance with contractual obligations 
   o Identify resource requirements 
   o Identify capital, equipment and NRE requirements 
   o Define raw material and purchased parts requirements 
   o Ensure program information is reviewed and entered into company electronic document control system 
   o Maintain financial tracking and cost management for each program 
   o Follow phase gate process for product realization 
   o Ensure Process Flow Diagrams, FMEA and Control Plan are done (as required) 
   o Schedule and lead program team meetings reviewing program plan and coordinate launch team activities 
   o Ensure project activity trackers are kept current and published 
   o Responsible to keep project on schedule and escalate any bottlenecks o Responsible to keep project at or under budget 
   o Responsible for all communication with customer on project status reporting 
   o Confirm and manage all documentation to be complete and controlled in accordance with procedures for example but not limited to bill of materials, drawings, electronic files, specifications, purchase orders 
   o Ensure customer purchase orders are received, accurate (including review of terms and conditions), invoiced and paid including tooling, capital equipment and NRE/Design services 
   o Ensure toolmaker and supplier accounts are managed, closed and paid in a timely manner 
   o Ensure warranty is appropriate for product and components 
   o Provide project status reports to management
· Responsible for management and growth of existing customer accounts    
o Primarily responsible for maintaining account relationship and achieving performance goals, profit and Total Customer Satisfaction 
   o Continuously monitor program activity to achieve margin targets and to confirm price checks 
   o Serves as primary customer contact for account management 
   o Identify and pursue new business opportunities within accounts 
   o Responsible for business continuity planning and continuous risk assessment specific to customer 
   o Develop estimates and quotes for new sales opportunities within accounts 
   o Manage sustaining program information such as 2D prints, 3D files, engineering change orders. 
   o Manage disposition of obsolete material and slow moving inventory. 
   o Ensure continuous improvement by challenging functional departments to identify opportunities 
   o Responsible for customer entertainment and hospitality during on-site customer visits 
   o Ensure contracts, supply agreements and confidentiality agreements are current 
   o Coordinate schedule and execution of QBR’s with customer
· Frequent domestic and occasional international travel
· Other duties as assigned
Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Plastics Engineering required,  plus three or more years experience in a manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
