Bayada Nurses, A ProNurses Partner, is looking for a dynamic individual with superior customer service, case management experience, and communication skills to join our established team in our Rutland, VT office.
As Client Services Manager in our office, you will play a valuable role in the care that our clients' receive. Responsibilities include: receiving and processing requests for service, scheduling and coordinating home care staff, and ongoing case management. Relationship building with clients, their families, medical personnel, referral sources and other community resources is of key importance in this position. To qualify, a Bachelors Degree and 3 years work experience in home care or a related health care or social service field is required.
Excellent customer service and organizational skills are a must. You must also possess the ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast paced environment. Seeking promotable candidates to grow with our organization! |
